Toliver, who did not receive a Super Bowl ring from the NFL Buccaneers despite being on their 2002 roster, helped the Tampa Bay Storm win Arena Bowl XVII against the Arizona Rattlers on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Toliver played wideout and defensive back for the Storm this season, and would have been the emergency QB had Pat O'Hara been injured (O'Hara came on when John Kaleo had to leave the game due to a back injury). Toliver was on the Bucs' practice squad during December and January last season, but saw no game action.
