Charles Tapper

A fourth round pick out of Oklahoma, Tapper was not considered one of the elite pass rushing options available in his class but he'll get plenty of opportunity in Dallas to prove his worth given how bare their cupboard is at defensive end. He's got some positive physical traits but he was inconsistent during his college career and he'll likely find himself as a rotational option at best once DeMarcus Lawrence and Randy Gregory return from their suspensions.
