ANALYSIS
A contributor on special teams in 2011 and 2012, Williams failed to make the Ravens' final roster for a second straight year. Following his release, there are three candidates -- Kamar Aiken, Deonte Thompson, and Michael Campanaro -- for the fifth and (possibly) sixth receiver spots.

Williams probably doesn't have the receiving skills to stick in the NFL, but he's a solid special teamer.

Williams' work on special teams made him a fine choice as a No. 4 or 5 wide receiver each of the past two seasons. He's unlikely to have any fantasy value, but is technically competing for a starting spot this season. In all likelihood, he'll end up fighting for one of the final roster spots.

Williams made the final roster as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2011 and worked as the No. 3 receiver while Lee Evans was hurt. This season he will probably be Baltimore's fourth or fifth receiver and a valuable contributor on special teams.

An undrafted rookie free agent, Williams actually performed on par with second-rounder and former Maryland teammate Torrey Smith in training camp. Still, don't expect him to make significant waves in the fantasy world this season.
