Kang secured a top-10 finish at the Shriners Open, after shooting a seven-under 64 on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
The 27-year-old shot a bogey free round on Sunday that included a torrid five-under stretch in four holes on the back nine -- not bad for his first appearance on Tour since 2015. Likewise, Kang had poor runs in both the second and third round where he went three-over in four hole stretches, and certainly would have been in contention if you take out those miscues. Regardless this was still a very promising tournament for Kang, but he won't participate in this week's OHL Classic.
