ANALYSIS
Ayora opened the tournament with a 64-65-64 scorecard and entered Sunday tied with Casey Jarvis at the top of the leaderboard. Ayora wasn't able to keep up with Jarvis, as the former went two-over on the front nine to fall out of contention. Ayora led the field in Kenya in SG: Tee-to-Green, fifth in birdies made and in the top-10 in SG: Off-the-Tee, SG: Approach and driving accuracy, though he was near the bottom in SG: Putting. It was a disappointing finish for the Spaniard, but he has back-to-back top-10 finishes at DP Tour events under his belt (and three for the season), and he sits 17th in the Race to Dubai Rankings. Next up is the Investec South African Open Championship next week, where Ayora finished T81 in 2025.
