Quigley made an impressive $2.5 million in 2006, but his struggles during the 2007 and 2008 season led some to question if his impressive 2006 was a fluke. While that has yet to be determined, Quigley at least got things going in the right direction last season when he earned just over $1.4 million. Quigley should not be considered a quality sleeper pick here because he's not likely to improve greatly on lat season's winnings, but he could continue to show improvement in 2010.

On June 24th, Quigley reported he has a left shin stress fracture. He is quoted as saying he needs to take some time off. Quigley fulfilled his 2007 medical exemption requirements earlier this year.

After years of struggling just to keep his card, Quigley had an amazing breakthrough in 2006. In fact, he earned about the same amount of money in 2006 than he did in the previous three years combined. If Quigley were 25, and had been on tour for only a few years, it would be easy to say he finally tapped his potential and the best was ahead. Well, Quigley is not 25, and he's been on tour for quite a while now, which likely means he just happened to get hot for a stretch last year. Quigley is definitely a risky pick for 2007.

Although Quigley didn't qualify for a PGA Tour card for 2011, he says he can play in 15 tournaments between sponsor exemptions, his veteran category and Monday qualifiers, Golfweek reports.
