2025 Fantasy Outlook
2024 was an important year for Ramey as his two-year winner's exemption was ending, but he came through with seven top-25s to finish 117th in the FedExCup. His only top-10 was a playoff loss at the Zurich Classic team event, however, and he's failed to post an individual top-10 since his alternate event win in March of 2022. Ramey's ball-striking shortcomings are well evident in his statistics - 129th in SG: Off-the-tee, 162nd in approach and 151st in distance. His short game is quite solid and picks up a lot of the slack, but it doesn't lead to enough birdies to contend. Without some drastic improvement with his long game, Ramey will struggle to maintain his full status past this year. Read Past Outlooks
Ties for 33rd in Utah
Ramey closed with a two-under 68 on Sunday at the Bank of Utah Championship to finish 10-under and tied for 33rd.
ANALYSIS
Ramey ranked top-10 among the field in SG: Around-the-Green on Sunday, but a double bogey on the par-4 first hole wasn't a desired start to the round. Nonetheless, he finished the event ninth in scrambling and fourth in driving distance, gaining 3.1 strokes off the tee in the process. However, the T33 result dropped him three spots to No. 122 in the FedExCup Fall standings.

2022
Ramey's 2022-23 season got off to a disastrous start as he made just seven of his first 19 cuts with a best finish of T-28 before righting the ship midway through the season. Ultimately, he posted six top-25s over his final 16 events with just three missed cuts and that was enough to finish just inside the top-125 and maintain his card for another season. Nevertheless, there's nothing in Ramey's game that signals a breakthrough third season considering he lost shots in every strokes-gained category last season. Expect him to be firmly on the FedEx Cup bubble next season.
