Cook withdrew from the CareerBuilder Challenge on Wednesday, Rob Bolton of PGATour.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Cook's 1992 win in this tournament, formerly known as the Bob Hope Classic, earned him an automatic entry into this year's field, but he has not teed it up on Tour since 2012, so he decided to turn down the opportunity. Cook was replaced in this week's field by Greg Owen.
