2025 Fantasy Outlook
Lipsky will enter 2025 with momentum having closed the year with back-to-back top-10s to finish in the top-100 of the FedExCup. The highlight of his year came in Napa, where he started the fall with a runner-up finish for his first top-5 since January of 2023. Lipsky is one of the shortest drivers on Tour and gained strokes off the tee in just six tournaments, and he's been a consistently below average putter as well which doesn't give the rest of his game much margin for error. For fantasy purposes, Lipsky doesn't provide much upside and managers are better off looking elsewhere. Read Past Outlooks
Third top-5 of season
Lipsky finished in a share of third place at the 3M Open following his seven-under 64 in the final round.
ANALYSIS
Lipsky had a great weekend to notch his third top-5 finish of the year. His 64-64 finish to the tournament was quite impressive and it helped him surge up 27 spots in the FedExCup standings to 88th. Lipsky gained strokes across the board at TPC Twin Cities and did well to keep up with a lot of the longer hitters around him. He'll need another strong week at the Wyndham Championship if he's going to make the FedExCup Playoffs, but at least he's put himself in solid position to retain a PGA Tour card for 2026 at the very least.

2020
Lipsky did just enough to finish inside the top-100 in the FedEx Cup Standings but the way he finished the season leaves cause for concern as he managed just one top-25 finish across his final 13 events. He's put behind the eight-ball by a lack of length, ranking 162nd in driving distance, so it's no surprise that his best results came on short venues (Waialae, Bermuda). While most short hitters usually feature a strong short game, that's another area that Lipsky struggles in. As a result, it's hard to imagine a resurgent season at this point in his career.
