2025 Fantasy Outlook
Aberg brought momentum into 2024 after topping the PGA Tour University Rankings in 2023 and notching his first PGA Tour win at the RSM Classic. While he didn't find the win column this past season, he flashed the consistency that will likely define his career racking up eight top-10s, 14 top-25s and only two missed cuts in 20 starts. The frustrating part for Aberg is that both of those missed cuts came in majors, however. One thing important to mention is that Aberg played on a torn meniscus for roughly half of 2024. After having surgery in the fall, he should be fully healthy going into 2025 and ready to start competiting for wins in the biggest events. Aberg's ball-striking was remarkable in 2024 gaining strokes off the tee in all but three events and on approach in all but two. If he can continue to develop his short game, there's nothing stopping Aberg from being amongst the top dogs on the PGA Tour for years to come. Read Past Outlooks
First in SG: ARG at East Lake
August 26, 2025
Aberg closed with a two-under 68 on Sunday at the TOUR Championship to finish seven-under and tied for 21st.
ANALYSIS
Aberg rebounded from a double bogey on the par-4 fourth by racking up six birdies throughout his last 14 holes of Sunday's final round, ultimately ending the week ranked first among the field in SG: Around-the-Green and fourth in SG: Off-the-Tee. However, the 25-year-old Swede lost a tournament-worst 7.125 strokes on approach, hitting only 41 of 72 greens in regulation. Nonetheless, he tallied 20 total birdies during his second career East Lake appearance.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Aberg wasted little time making a name for himself after getting his Tour card in June by leading the PGA Tour's new University Rankings. He made six of seven cuts with a best finish of T-4 at the John Deere Classic before shifting over to the DP World Tour, where he won in his second start and was a captain's pick for the European Ryder Cup Team. If that wasn't enough, he closed the year by winning The RSM Classic by four shots at a whopping 29-under par. Aberg is able to overpower courses with an excellent combination of tremendous length and accuracy off the tee. At 24-years-old, his future couldn't look any brighter, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him compete in major championships immediately in 2024.
