Pettit fired a six-under 64 in the final round of the UNC Health Championship on the Korn Ferry Tour to finish tied with Logan McAllister for fifth.

ANALYSIS
Pettit was even-par through the first three rounds in Raleigh, but he put it all together Sunday with a five-under back nine to finish with the best score of the day. Despite carding just 12 birdies for the tournament, Pettit's six bogeys were the lowest in the field, and he also ranked fifth in scrambling, 17th in SG: Off-the-Tee and in the top-25 in driving distance, GIR, SG: Putting and SG: Around-the-Green. Pettit has missed the cut in three of six Korn Ferry Tour tournaments this season, but he also has two top-5s to his name, including a T4 at the Colonial Life Charity Classic two weeks ago. He's in the field for the Korn Ferry's BMW Charity Pro-Am next week.
