Scores in Game 6 loss
Clarke scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 6-4 loss to the Oilers in Game 6.
ANALYSIS
Clarke saw third-pairing minutes during the playoffs, greatly limiting his effectiveness on offense. He had two goals, six shots on net, four hits, six blocked shots and a plus-1 rating over six postseason contests. Clarke will be in the final season of his entry-level contract in 2025-26, and he'll be looking to build upon his breakout 33-point campaign from 78 regular-season outings this year.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2024
2023
Through the previous two campaigns, Clarke has only managed to appear in 25 regular-season contests for the Kings. In those outings, the 21-year-old Ontario native notched two goals on 42 shots and six assists, including four power-play helpers. The blueliner is expected to make the full-time jump to the NHL this season and could be the quarterback for the No. 2 power-play unit. As such, at least a 40-point campaign could be in the offing for Clarke - especially after he averaged nearly a point per game in the minors last year (46 points in 50 games). That may be an ambitious mark considering his limited experience, but the fantasy upside is certainly there for Clarke if he can be a full-time NHL option.

Latest Fantasy Rumors

Not available via trade
Clarke isn't believed to be available via trade ahead of the deadline in March, John Hoven of SiriusXM NHL Network Radio reports.
ANALYSIS
Clarke started the season hot and was near a point-per-game pace over the first few weeks of the year, but he's cooled off recently and was a healthy scratch for the Kings' last two games. However, the 21-year-old is still viewed as part of the team's future plans, and the organization has no plans to make him available to other teams late in the 2024-25 season. Over 47 appearances this year, the 2021 first-round pick has logged three goals, 21 assists, 82 blocked shots and 32 PIM while averaging 17:01 of ice time.
