Casey Fitzgerald News: Set to land on waivers

Fitzgerald will be placed on waivers by the Rangers on Wednesday, Colin Stephenson of Newsday reports.

Fitzgerald wasn't at Wednesday's practice, and he'll report to AHL Hartford if he ultimately clears waivers. He made 66 regular-season appearances for Hartford last year, recording five goals, 16 assists and 75 PIM.
