Jimmy Huntington News: Waived by San Jose

Huntington was designated for waivers by the Sharks on Tuesday, James Mirtle of The Athletic reports.

Huntington has never appeared in an NHL game, so he most likely will not be claimed on the waiver wire. The 26-year-old suited up for just four games with AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton last year, supplying one goal, four points and a plus-2 rating.
