Joel Hofer News: Gets starting nod Thursday

Hofer will patrol the home crease versus Utah on Thursday, according to Lou Korac of NHL.com.

Hofer is coming off a terrible start against Chicago on Oct. 15, as he allowed seven goals on only 22 shots (.682 save percentage) in an 8-3 loss. He was solid in his first start of the season, stopping 27 of 29 shots in Calgary. The Mammoth are tied for 15th in NHL scoring, averaging 3.00 goals per game.
