Valuing the depth he brings to the organization, the Rangers inked Brodzinski to a two-year, one-way extension in February. The Minnesota native should battle for a spot on New York's fourth line this coming season - with Matt Rempe and Brennan Othmann looking to steal away Brodzinski's minutes.
