Matthew Mania News: Going collegiate route

Mania will join the University of Michigan ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.

Mania -- who was selected in the fifth round of the 2023 NHL Draft by the KIngs -- has spent the past four seasons playing in the OHL but will now make the jump to collegiate hockey. Last year, the 20-year-old blueliner notched seven goals and 38 helpers in 66 regular-season games before adding another goal in five postseason clashes.
