Sam Morton News: Big effort in win

Morton scored a goal on four shots and added two assists in AHL Calgary's 6-1 win over Bakersfield on Sunday.

Morton is up to 10 points in 10 games for the Wranglers this year. He's earned nine of those points over his last five outings after a slow start to the season. The 26-year-old could be a candidate for NHL minutes if the Flames decide to mix up their bottom six at some point in the campaign.
