The Canucks acquired Duco from the Panthers in exchange for Sergei Shirokov this summer. Duco spent the majority of his time with Rochester of the AHL last year, totaling 31 points (20 G, 11 A) and 126 penalty minutes in 67 appearances for the Americans. Although he's shown the ability to net an occasional goal at the lower ranks, Duco projects as more of a goon at the NHL level.
