Paul Carey

Carey signed a two-way deal with Ottawa in the offseason, so he'll compete for a bottom-six role coming off a seven-goal, seven-assist campaign over 60 games with the Rangers. He had just two points in 32 NHL appearances prior to last season and turns 30 in September, so the Boston native is unlikely to make much more of an impact with the Senators than he did on Broadway. With plenty of competition for roster spots, it's far from guaranteed Carey even skates with the big club this season.
