Viktor Svedberg

Svedberg signed a professional tryout agreement with the Flames in early September. He certainly didn't make it this far due to his skating, but the Swede -- listed at 6-foot-8 and 238 pounds -- more than makes up for it with his incredible size. Formerly with the Blackhawks, Svedberg has only registered four points in 27 games at the top level, though he could start turning heads with more experience, and his allied goalies will appreciate the extra layer of defensive support that the gentle giant provides.
