McNiven spent the bulk of the 2019-20 campaign in the ECHL, where he posted a 9-11-2 record in 22 appearances for three different clubs. The 22-year-old netminder will almost certainly be a "practice only" goalie heading into the postseason, which means he'll have no value in playoff pools or DFS contests.
