True is out for blood when it comes to Sharks prospects vying for a roster spot with the parent club. Last season, the 6-foot-5, 199-pound center from Denmark compiled 24 goals and 31 assists to lead AHL San Jose in points, not to mention a plus-16 rating that put him in a three-way tie for the best mark on the team. True is starting only the second year of his entry-level contract, and therefore, there's no real sense of urgency in handing him a full-time job at the top level. Still, if the Dane continues to ride the fast track in his development, he could end up turning heads when the big clubs needs an injury fill-in up front.
