Arsene played 77 games with AHL Peoria this past season, recording a 1-10-11 line with 137 penalty minutes. His low-scoring ways date back to his junior days and he's strictly a depth guy for the Coyotes.

Arsene has spent the last two seasons in the AHL despite cracking the NHL with Edmonton in 2009. In 63 games with Portland, Arsene notched 10 points and 110 PIMs. He should he see time in NHL games this year, though it's unlikely he'd be on the short list of call-ups due to blue line injury. When he arrives, he's likely only going to provide a boost in leagues that reward for sin bin time.
Arsene, who signed a one-year, two-way deal with the Coyotes in July, saw time in 77 AHL games in 2010-11. He notched one goal to compliment 10 assists and his lone fantasy category of relevance comes from his 137 minutes in the sin bin. If Arsense does get a call-up to the big club, it'll only be in the event of injury and he's unlikely to make much of a fantasy impact.
Arsene is a career minor-leaguer (373 AHL games) who will fill one of the six "vetaran" category roster spots the Peoria Rivermen are permitted to have under AHL rules.
