2025 Fantasy Outlook
Tolopilo jumped up to the No. 4 spot on the organizational depth chart in 2024-25, making two appearances with Vancouver and 36 regular-season outings with AHL Abbotsford. In the minors, he went 20-14-2 with a 2.66 GAA and a .902 save percentage. With Arturs Silovs heading to the Penguins this summer, Tolopilo is now the Canucks' No. 3 goalie behind Thatcher Demko and Kevin Lankinen. Demko's had plenty of injuries, so Tolopilo could definitely get a look with the big club again in 2025-26, though fantasy managers can afford to see how he performs. Read Past Outlooks
Collects overtime win
Tolopilo stopped 24 of 27 shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Ducks.
ANALYSIS
Tolopilo ended a six-game losing streak with this performance. The 26-year-old still had some trouble against the Ducks' top forwards, with Cutter Gauthier scoring twice and Leo Carlsson adding the other goal. Tolopilo is now up to 6-11-2 with a 3.61 GAA and an .881 save percentage across 21 appearances this season. The Canucks have two games left on the schedule -- Tuesday at home versus the Kings and Thursday in Edmonton. Despite the win Sunday, Tolopilo is nothing more than a desperation option for fantasy managers in those last two games, should he get the start in either game.

Set to start versus Vegas
Tolopilo is going through the starter's drills ahead of Tuesday's home game against the Golden Knights, Jeff Paterson of CanucksArmy.com reports, indicating he'll be in goal.
ANALYSIS
Tolopilo is mired in a four-game losing streak during which he has given up at least four goals per contest. With the Canucks eliminated from playoff contention, the 26-year-old netminder should continue to see the bulk of the workload moving forward, but he figures to be relegated to a reserve role when Thatcher Demko returns from a hip injury next season.
