Park is never going to be someone who is relied upon to score 20-plus goals, as that is not his forte. What Park does well is play a good checking role on the third or fourth line while keeping the other team's top line at bay. In order for Park to switch gears and go into overdrive, he must first navigate away from the lower lines so that he can put his scoring capabilities to better use.

Park matched his career-high of 14 goals in 2008-09 and finished with 31 points. He is a great player to have on the ice, but not necessarily on your fantasy squad. He is valuable in only deep fantasy leagues as he usually records 25-to-30 points.

Park posted career highs in assists (20) and points (32) with the Islanders in the 2007-08 season. He is effective on both ends of the ice and has a terrific work ethic, but unfortunately his lack of skill will keep his ceiling for points at 30.

Park has been the model of consistency over the last few years, tallying anywhere from 24 to 26 points in four of the last five seasons. That seems to be his high end of production, so don't expect things to change this year.

Park's career-high for points in a season is 25, and we don't think that he will shatter that mark this year.

Park is a decent player with good speed. The Canucks are hoping his speed will be an asset with the open game of the new NHL, but we can’t see it impacting his numbers too much.
