Tim Gettinger

The first thing you notice about Gettinger is his size, as he's 6-foot-6 but can still handle himself on his skates. There isn't much else that's noteworthy about the 22-year-old Cleveland native, however, as he has posted back-to-back 27-point AHL campaigns to go with one assist over a six-game cup of coffee at the NHL level since turning pro. Gettinger could get a look with the Rangers if the injury bug strikes, but he's more likely to spend the year in the AHL.
