Lukashevich was drafted 120th overall by the Panthers at the 2021 NHL Draft on Saturday.

ANALYSIS
Lukashevich is a highly intriguing long-term prospect. There would appear to be room for significant growth in almost all areas of his game, although he doesn't project to be a major point producer at the NHL level. Lukashevich is tall (6-foot-2), but slight (165 pounds). There isn't much physicality to his game now, but that should improve as he bulks up some. His greatest asset is his speed. There is an inherent amount of risk associated with any 18-year-old player, but Lukashevich, who played in Russia's MHL a season ago and will remain overseas for the foreseeable future, has the look of a pretty safe selection.
