Struggles continue in Vegas
Bush lost to Slava Borshchev via TKO (punches) at 3:47 of Round 1 at UFC on ESPN 32 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
The end result was obviously disastrous, but Bush actually found himself in pretty good shape for the vast majority of this bout. Well aware he would be at a significant disadvantage whenever the two men were standing, Bush connected on an easy early takedown attempt but as unable to keep the debuting Borshchev pinned to the mat. It got predictably worse for Bush from there, as he ate a left hand to the body which essentially ended his evening on the spot. A long-time veteran of the LFA promotion, Bush has now lost each of his first two UFC bouts, and it is certainly within the realm of possibility that he won't get a third chance with the company.

Drops late-notice decision in debut
Bush lost to Austin Hubbard via unanimous decision (28-29, 28-29, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
It was a reasonable effort from Bush considering he found out he would be making his UFC debut less than a week ago. He had a strong first round before his cardio and overall energy level quickly faded. Bush found himself being controlled on the mat for a large portion of the final two rounds. Nonetheless, Bush showed more than enough in his debut to earn another fight with the company. It will be interesting to see how he performs with a full training camp under his belt.
