Hancock lost to Marcus Surin via submission (arm-triangle choke) at 4:50 of Round 2 at Bellator 194 on Friday in Uncasville, Conn.
ANALYSIS
Hancock had his moments in this fight. He landed multiple slams and some hard shots, but he seemed to have trouble with the veteran savvy of Surin. On the ground, he gave up position way too many times, and it eventually cost him. In the second round, he tried to escape the back mount. In the process, Surin caught him in a triangle-choke and finished the fight. Hancock, who has spent his entire pro career in Bellator fell to 3-2 as a professional.
