Souza lost to Chas Skelly via submission (rear naked choke) at 1:56 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Sao Paulo.
ANALYSIS
That'll do it for Souza's 10-fight winning streak. Whatever Souza's training camp consisted of, it wasn't working on his ground defense. He managed to clock Skelly numerous times on the feet, but a poor exchange along the fence landed Souza on his back and it just got worse from there. Considering the position he had Skelly in and how poor his ground defense looked, this has to be considered a bad loss for Souza.
