Ryan Jimmo: Cut By UFC Tuesday
Jimmo was cut from the UFC roster on Tuesday, MMAFighting.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Jimmo was always seen as a guy who had more potential than he showed in the octagon, but he had lost three of his last four bouts and he was given his walking papers on Tuesday. There will be an opportunity for him in another organization.

Ryan Jimmo: Falls To Francimar Barroso Saturday
Jimmo lost to Francimar Barroso by unanimous decision (27-30, 27-30, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Goiania, Brazil.
ANALYSIS
Unfortunately for Jimmo, the biggest strike of the fight was a direct kick to his groin in the second round. He took the full five minutes allotted to him to recover (something you never see), spending most of it writhing in pain on his knees and then he coasted the rest of the way when the fight restarted. All of the sudden, Jimmo has lost three of his last four fights. You would definitely think that the groin shot led to a decreased output from Jimmo, but he looked lousy before the shot happened.
