C.J. Radune warns fantasy managers not to ignore five-time Texas winner Johnny Sauter this week, as he has led laps in eight of the last nine races at the track.
With his 35th position this week, Grant Enfinger, who has never finished lower than 11th, should offer a lot of upside for fantasy players to consider this week.
Johnny Sauter is motivated to win this weekend to put himself back into championship contention.
Brandon Jones will start Friday night’s race inside the top 10, which gives him an early advantage over the rest of the field.
Johnny Sauter should be one of the faster trucks in Saturday's race, he has the potential to win and likely will also add finish differential points if he can make it to the finish
Past Fantasy Outlooks
Buescher is a free agent driver in 2018.
Made just 3 starts in the truck series last season. Is a free agent driver in 2016.
The reigning truck series champion returns in 2013 to defend his title. Buescher will once again take the reigns of the No. 31 Chevy truck that he rode to the championship in 2012. For the 22-year-old Texan this will be his fifth full season of competition in the Camping World Truck Series, so he’s no greenhorn. Last year’s four victories and 10 Top-5 finishes were personal bests. Buescher will be challenged to keep his level of performance this high in a racing series that it filled with talented young drivers and lots of parity. The promotion of teammate Nelson Piquet Jr. to the Nationwide Series should shift more of Turner Motorsports’ focus toward Buescher, and that can only be a good thing.
