Crew Chief Named
Gander Outdoors Truck
November 25, 2020
Bob Pockrass of FOX Sports reports that Mike Hillman Jr. has left his crew chief role at Kyle Busch Motorsports to join DGR-Crosley and rookie Deegan for the 2021 season.
ANALYSIS
Deegan is going to get a good, veteran crew chief for her first full season in the trucks. Hillman has over 300 races of Camping World Truck Series experience, 23 total victories and two championships. His 14 years of experience will be a nice addition to Deegan's talent and a complement to her lack of experience. It will be interesting to see how this duo performs in their first full season together.
