NASCAR officials reinstated Ware on Tuesday, ending his suspension as part of a behavioral penalty issued last October.

ANALYSIS
Ware had successfully completed the terms for reinstatement issued by NASCAR. The sanctioning body has restored his membership and cleared him to compete once again. He had originally been suspended last October stemming from a domestic assault incident with a woman. It's not clear exactly when we'll see Ware back in action in the Xfinity Series.
