In LMP2 qualifying for this weekend's Rolex 24 at Daytona, Allen took pole in the No. 81 DragonSpeed Oreca 07 Gibson, recording a time half a second quicker than PR1/Mathiasen's Gabriel Aubry, sportscar365.com reports.

The No. 81 DragonSpeed team have been fast ever since they unloaded the car this weekend at Daytona, so it was no surprise to see Allen go to the pole position.
