Duno has secured sponsorship for up to seven races in the Nationwide Series and is currently talking to teams that compete in the Nationwide Series about securing a ride for the 2014 season, according to her representatives. She is still trying to secure a sponsor for her to return to the ARCA Racing Series in 2014, but there are no imminent plans for her to race. However, her representatives denied a previous report that her inability to secure a sponsor for the ARCA Racing Series appeared to be related to an ongoing corruption scandal investigation by the Venezuelan government into funding disbursements to auto and motorcycle racers who race abroad.

It appears that the ongoing corruption scandal investigation by the Venezuelan government will keep ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards driver Duno from competing in next Saturday’s Lucas Oil 200 presented by MAVTV American Real from Daytona International Speedway, catchfence.com reports.

Sheltra Motorsports has signed Duno to run the Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at Daytona International Speedway, patricksheltra.com reports.

Duno failed to qualify for the Indianapolis 500.

Duno will make her stock car debut during the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards open test at Daytona International Speedway December 18, 19 and 20, Braun Racing PR reports.
