Former NASCAR driver Gordon is once again competing in the Dakar Rally. Gordon is part of a three-vehicle Team Speed operation sponsored by Toyo Tires, NBC Sports reports.

ANALYSIS
While Gordon hasn't raced in NASCAR, he's become one of the top competitors in this annual off-road rally across several countries in South America. He will once again field a Toyo Tires sponsored Hummer and seek that elusive win in this 13-day, 5,739-mile off-road endurance race.
