Vandoorne will make his IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship debut next month as he joins Meyer Shank Racing's full-season drivers Tom Blomqvist and Oliver Jarvis for the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, sportscar365.com reports.

ANALYSIS
The ex-F1 and current Formula E world champion will replace Helio Castroneves in the MSR Acura at Sebring in March. He was able to get in his first laps in the team's Sebring test last week. Vandoorne is replace Castroneves as the Sebring race weekend conflicts with IndyCar's Texas race on the same weekend. He's a gifted driver and should mesh well with Blomqvist and Jarvis in their Sebring performance.
