Albert Rusnak Injury: Suffers hamstring injury
Rusnak has suffered a hamstring injury and was forced off in the 64th minute of Wednesday's 2-1 victory against Tijuana in the Leagues Cup, coach Brian Schmetzer said in a press conference, according to Jackson Felts from 93.3 KJR Radio.
Rusnak suffered a hamstring injury 20 minutes into the second half of Wednesday's victory over Tijuana in the Leagues Cup and was forced off. The playmaker will undergo an MRI in the coming hours to determine the extent of the injury and whether he will need to miss time. If the injury proves serious, Paul Rothrock or Pedro de la Vega could see larger roles in the frontline for the Sounders.
