Golovin is nearing a return from a hamstring injury and has shown good progress after being spotted training normally with the team on Tuesday under new coach Sebastien Pocognoli for the first time. The Russian has been an important starter for Monaco since 2018, but it remains to be seen if he will be part of the plans to stay an important player under the new coach given the competition within the squad.
