Schwolow is leaving Union Berlin after two seasons spent as a Unioner, the club announced.

Schwolow is leaving Berlin as a free agent at the end of his two-year contract and seven games across all competitions with Union. He is now free to sign with any club he wants as a free agent to continue his journey in football.
