Alisson (personal) missed Monday's friendly with Athletic, per manager Arne Slot. "Unfortunately, Virgil is sick today. We miss out on Alisson. [Joe] Gomez is not there, [Conor] Bradley is not there."

Alisson is expected to be back for Sunday's community shield against Crystal Palace. If he can't return for that match or the Premier League opener against Bournemouth, it would bring Giorgi Mamardashvili into the starting XI.
