Alisson News: Makes return between posts

Alisson (personal) was back in the starting XI for Sunday's Community Shield defeat against Crystal Palace.

Alisson missed the last pre-season friendly for personal reasons but returned in goal in Sunday's Community Shield after resuming team training this week. The Brazilian is expected to keep his starting role for the 2025/26 season, although the club has acquired Giorgi Mamardashvili to bring competition between the posts.
