Alphonse Areola News: Five saves in win

Areola had five saves and allowed two goals in Saturday's 3-2 victory against Burnley.

Areola turned aside five of seven Burnley shots on target Saturday to help lift West Ham to a 3-2 home win. Across his last five starting appearances, the veteran keeper has averaged one clearance, 3.6 saves and 1.8 goal concessions per appearance. Areola is likely to be between the sticks for West Ham when they return to league play Nov. 22 at Bournemouth.
