Amos Pieper Injury: Return coming soon

Pieper (hip) is hoping to return after the international break, according to manager Horst Steffen. "With the Austrian, just like with Amos, they are available again after the international break."

Pieper has not been available to open the season due to a hip injury, but is nearing his possible return in around two weeks, hopeful to play after the international break in their match against Gladbach on Sept. 14. This is good news as the club is low on defenders, and he could immediately help the team in the back once fit.
