Fulignati has joined Empoli on loan with a conditioned obligation to buy, Cremonese announced.

Fulignati contributed to the promotion last season, but Cremonese opted to bring in a more experienced goalie, Emil Audero, this summer. Lapo Nava is the current deputy, but the club could make further additions to the role.
