Angelo Stiller Injury: Trains with team

Stiller (ankle) trained with his team Tuesday, and it appears he will be fit for the season opener, according to Philipp Masiel of Stuttgarter Zeitung.

Stiller is making good progress in his return from an ankle injury he suffered to end July, as he was able to return to training among his teammates. This is good news for the midfielder as they approach the start of the season on Aug. 23, having a match to test himself before then when facing Bayern Munich on Saturday in the Super Cup. He is set to be a starter, so his return against Bayern would be a good sign, likely clearing him for the start of the campaign.
