Ansu Fati Injury: Won't play in opener

Fati (not injury related) is not fit enough to play yet and won't be available for the season opener against Le Havre on Saturday, manager Adi Hutter told media Thursday.

Fati has been training with the group since his move to Monaco became official, but he's not ready to play yet simply due to a lack of fitness. The winger isn't dealing with any injury, though, and he'll attempt to continue building up his fitness in order to be an option against Lille on Sunday, Aug. 24.
