Antoni Milambo Injury: Suffers ACL injury

Milambo suffered an ACL injury while on international duty with the Netherlands U21 and is set to undergo surgery before beginning a long recovery period, the club announced.

Milambo signed for Brentford from Feyenoord over the summer and made three appearances for the Bees this season across all competitions. The midfielder will, however, need to wait to play more minutes for Brentford after suffering a season-ending injury that will require many months to recover. That said, his role has been limited to rotation this campaign, therefore his absence won't affect the starting XI.
